I'm glad to see you here. I got the distinct impression from conversations with random others at my first NASW in Raleigh that Substack was not a favored platform.
From what I can see, there are more and more joining (like with BlueSky as a Twitter/X replacement -- you were an early Substacker, if that's the right word... I still have much to learn). We writers do like to write... Substack makes that convenient... and some us even love to receive feedback, which also is easy via Substack. Thanks again for yours!
